Do you accept returns?


Yes, we understand that it can be hard to shop online! We are happy to accept returns that follow the guidelines of our return policy:

Return packages must be received within 14 days of your order’s original shipment date.
The customer is responsible for all shipping fees on the return shipment. Returns are processed within 30 business days of when we receive your return package.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
The following are not eligible for refunds:
Returns received after 14 days of the original shipment date
Damaged, washed, worn or altered items.
Items marked “FINAL SALE” are non-refundable.
Old Towne Kid's Clothes reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this Policy at any time without notice.

How do I Return an Item?


If you believe you have received defective merchandise, or were shipped incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), or your item doesn’t fit, you must contact Customer Care with 5 days of receipt, or send the item back to us postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us about a return before shipping it.
Carefully review our Returns Policy above to make sure your item is eligible to be returned.
Include your original packing slip in your return package
On your packing slip, enter the quantity of items you are returning in the given fields and the reason code:
1.Didn’t Fit
2.Wrong item was shipped to me
3.Item was damaged when I received it
If item is damaged please provide a detailed description of defect.
Put the packing slip, along with the item(s) – with original hang tags attached (if applicable) and in unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition – in a securely sealed shipping package.

We strongly recommend that you ship your package with a carrier service that provides tracking information. We will not be held accountable for lost packages in transit. Write down your tracking number, so you can see when we have received your package. Please allow sufficient time for your package to reach us, plus an additional 30 business days for us to process your return. You will receive an email from us when your return has been processed and credited. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
